I love these things! Especially when the day isn’t going as well as it possibly could. OK…when your week/month isn’t going as well as it possibly could. The hard, crusty shell coated in powdered sugar and sometimes chocolate sauce is the perfect compliment to the creamy, soft insides. And if it has chocolate chips in the filling……..OMG. Its rare that I buy these for myself. They’re not too figure (or artery) friendly and I prefer to make them a true treat, saving them for only the most dire of occasions. Like today!
